About Beach Ball

UCSB Beach Ball is an annual collegiate ballroom dance competition hosted by Dancesport at UCSB. Except for a brief interruption due to COVID, Dancesport has hosted this competition every year since 2013. It is among many competitions nationally that allow students to compete in ballroom and Latin dancing at their level in the collegiate circuit. 

Dancesport at UCSB is committed to celebrating the diversity of our dance community and providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all of our members and attendees, regardless of identity.
